naughty nice canvas

I made these for some of the cousins.

I printed the 8x10 pictures at Costco and then mod podged them onto both sides of an 8x10 canvas. I wasn't sure if it would work to put the picture on the "back sides" of the canvas, but it turned out great! I then hot glued a ribbon around the edges and left a little to hang at the top.

I LOVE IT!

Gumdrop doesn't have one, I didn't think she would care, but now I think I should make her one.

Christmas Projects

I made these and hung them in Sweetpea's room to go with her bedspread,

too bad her room is so messy you can barely see the bedspread.

Santa

Santa comes to our Ward Christmas party every year. I love him! I'm so thrilled my wonderful friend brought her photography equipment and took FABULOUS pictures. Her name is Wendy, some of you may know her and love her almost as much as I do. Gumdrop screamed, looked at him and then screamed again. It was priceless.

I'm a sucker for Christmas clothes. She wore this shirt 3 days in a row. Well, maybe I'm just lazy.

We give them their christmas pajamas on the first of Demember. I bought them last January so I would be prepared. I'm glad my baby was a girl, because the little ruffles on the bottom of the pants wouldn't have been so great for a boy. Sweet Pea was giddy with delight when she saw my christmas pajamas (reindeer and santa pants). Now all we need to find are some for their dad.

She already likes dolls. She likes to slobber all over them and tries to eat them.

Gumdrop's antics

Sometimes Sweet pea's games aren't nearly as fun for Gumdrop, but sometimes Gumdrop is just a poor sport.

Gumdrop really likes me, A LOT. Sweetheart (my mom) came over to visit. She is trying to win over Gumdrop by feeding her. Gumdrop isn't falling for it, instead she is trying to hide from Sweetheart.

Sweet pea has been asking for months if she could get up on the dresser. I told her there was no problem with her getting up there as long as she figured out how to do it by herself. She figured it out and had her cousin join her while the little one ate crepe paper on the floor.

We are finished, done, through....yipee! It was a lot of work, but it was all worth it. The elves and the boomwackers were stupendous. The kids were beyond incredible. The rest of the show was definitely worth the price of admission.
