Oh, how I love this age. She is so full of laughs, giggles and funny things. And...her big sister took this picture with my camera. Pretty good.

I am working on a really great Halloween decoration and I needed to take a picture this morning. She really wanted to wear this in the picture. Sometimes it's just easier to say yes. Oh by the way, that isn't my bra, it's my sister-in-law's bra. I am...storing it for her.

getting dressed

Gumdrop is very good at trying to get herself dressed. I love to watch the little wiggle as she figures out how to put on the shorts. She just loves to wear her dad's socks. I added the last picture only because...it's so her.

snap peas

While we were making dinner she seized the moment (she loves to get into the fridge) and got out some peas, she ate a few and then stuck some in the fridge door for safe keeping and then continued eating. I think she's getting the food storage concept.

dress up shoes

This little girl finally has another pair of dress up shoes. "I have always been wanting these." Yes, and we have been neglecting you, poor little girl. But, we finally gave in. She is thrilled. She wants to wear them to church. She even offered to do a video and a photoshoot of her new shoes. Since they have a rubber spot on the bottom, they aren't slippery and I don't have to clean up styrofoam. I like that.

folk dancers

They still play "Folk Dancers" almost everytime they play. They are even getting pretty good at dancing together.

lipstick

This little thing gets into everything. She's a genuis when it comes to opening bottles, containers, packages, etc. How she knew the lipstick was supposed to go on her lips is beyond me. I never wear it. After she was done applying her lipstick, she was tidy enough to put the lid back on.

out and about

For our 10 year Wedding Anniversary we went on a cruise!!! Yipeeee!

One of the highlights of our trip was going back to Skagway, Alaska where I spent the summer performing in a show. I've been so excited to take my hubby there. The first place we stopped when we got off the boat was to see the house I lived in. It looks just the same, on the outside. But, the inside has been updated. There are now real countertops in the kitchen instead of plywood and there is even some real flooring, instead of plywood. Such a beaut!

While I was in NY my husband had a birthday. Since I'm a world class champion procrastinator, I'm really impressed that I made these little card, gave them to people, and they gave the card to my husband on his birthday. Being that prepared is rare for me! But, he loved it and I'm so glad I actually did it.
